Wanna Lose Weight?

Was your New Years resolution to lose weight? Did you know 17% of the average Americans caloric intake comes from added sugars?  That includes soft drinks, candy, and added sweeteners.  23% of an average American’s caloric intake comes from added fat (butter, margarine, shortening, oil, etc).  That’s mean 40% of an average American’s diet is attributed to ADDED products.  Want to lower your calorie count during the day?  Lay off the sugar and butter.
